ATTORNEY - MORGAN GILES

Attorney Morgan E. Giles is the firm’s managing member. He is a graduate of Mount Vernon High School, Ohio University, and Capital University Law School. He graduated from Capital Magna Cum Laude, earned dean’s list honors every semester, and was a member of the Law Review. Morgan is a published legal author for his Note titled “A Call to Action: Expanding Public Access to Ohio’s Navigable Rivers and Streams,” which challenges Ohio’s current stream access laws.

Morgan focuses primarily on real estate, criminal defense/DUIs, estate planning, probate, small business, and personal injury. He is also a licensed Title Insurance Agent and serves as General Counsel for ACS Title and Closing Services of Knox County.

Outside of work Morgan is a husband, father, and is an outdoor recreation and live music enthusiast.
