- Deeds and Affidavits: $300 plus recording costs.
- Includes accurate document preparation, signing instructions, and recording.
- Recording costs range depending on the document.
- Estate Planning Packages:
- Core Package: Will, Financial Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, and Living Will:
- $400 for individuals and $650.00 for married couples
- Includes meeting to review and sign or a call to review with signing instructions
- Trust Package: Includes everything in the core package plus a revocable living trust: $2,000.00
- Individual Documents: $300.00 for a Will or Power of Attorney
- Core Package: Will, Financial Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, and Living Will:
